About Site Information settings

The Site Information tab in Site Settings controls the appearance and function of several key pieces of your blog. Administrators on Professional, Boutique, or Full Service product plan sites can access the Site Settings tab.

Site Title

Your site title can automatically appear in places like your header, footer, title tags, shared social media content, and search engine results. This setting does not affect how your site title appears in manually written content such as posts, pages, or certain widgets.

Site Tagline

The tagline appears in the header below the site title and should explain to visitors what your blog covers. A tagline is optional, but recommended.

Site Time Zone

Time zone settings affect features like scheduling posts to publish in the future. Select a city in the same time zone that most makes sense for you. We don't recommend setting your time zone to a UTC offset, as you would have to manually update the setting for Daylight Savings Time changes.

Firm Name

Determines how your firm name appears on certain parts of the blog, including the copyright notice in the footer. This setting does not affect how your firm name appears in manually written content such as posts, pages, or certain widgets.

Firm Website

The URL that readers will visit when they click your firm logo.
