What's your best example of 'evergreen' content?

For those who don't know, "evergreen" content is content that remains relevant over time—it isn't specifically focused around a piece of news and possibly not even a trend either. It's just a question or subject that often comes up, one people are frequently seeking out information on.

On LXBN, a good example for us has been this post: The Four Biggest Legal Problems Facing Uber, Lyft and Other Ridesharing Services

So, as the title of this post gives away, what's your best example of evergreen content? What old post keeps generating visits when you take a look at your stats? Do you set out to create evergreen content—and when you do, what do you consider?

Curious about bloggers' takes, and maybe we can turn a couple responses into LXBN TV interviews.
