Removing a user from your blog

Removing a user from a blog revokes their access to the blog, but does not change the author byline of any posts assigned to them. (Contact LexBlog if you would like to remove an author's byline from all posts.) Users can be removed individually or in groups.

You will need:

  • A user account with editor privileges

  1. Log into your blog administration center.
  2. Navigate to Users > All Users.
To remove a single user:
  1. Move your mouse over the username.
  2. Click "Remove".
  3. Confirm the removal on the next page.
To remove multiple users:
  1. Check the boxes next to usernames you want to remove.
  2. Click the "Bulk Actions" drop-down menu and select "Remove".
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Confirm the removal on the next page.
