So much of what we see in legal blogging is as a reaction to something else—usually litigation, legislation or regulation. That’s not necessarily bad, but it can’t be the entirety of your coverage. This is going to sound really simple, but it’s important: if you want people to read what you write, you have to write stuff people want to read.
