Add a category to multiple posts

This article explains how to bulk add new Categories to posts on your blog.

Before you start

• You will need a user account with an Editor role or higher.

Steps

1. Log into your blog.
2. Click to Posts > All Posts.
3. Check the box to the left of each post you want to edit.
4. Above the first post, change the Bulk Actions menu to Edit. Click Apply.
5. In the Categories box, check the categories you want to add to the posts.
6. Click Update.
