You can find all your help requests in your site's Support Center. Managing tickets through the Support Center can be easier than managing them through your email inbox. Each ticket link in the Support Center opens a new window where you can reply to the LexBlog team or upload files up to 20MB in size. This article explains how to see all your support tickets.
Before you start
- You must have a user account on your site.
- Log in to your site.
- Navigate to LexBlog > Support Center.
- On the bottom right, view Your Tickets.
