Subscribe to a paid Author Record for $19 per month. There are two ways to buy, depending on whether you already have a basic record in the LexBlog Library. To see what's included before you buy, read About Author Records.
Available On Stand-alone subscription at $19/month, or bundled with any active LexBlog subscription.
Note
If your firm already has an active LexBlog subscription, your Author Record is included at no extra cost — you don't need to purchase separately. See About Author Records.
Before you start
- Have a payment method ready (we use Stripe for checkout).
- If you're upgrading an existing record, find your basic record on lexblog.com first. You can search your name in the Library or follow a link from one of your posts.
- If you don't have a record yet, no setup is needed — our team will collect your information after you subscribe.
Upgrade an existing basic record
Use this path if your name and posts are already in the LexBlog Library.
- Open your basic record page on lexblog.com.
- Click the Enhance Your Profile button.
- Complete checkout through Stripe ($19 per month or $199 per year, recurring).
- Stripe redirects you to a confirmation page on lexblog.com.
Your record upgrades automatically as soon as payment confirms. The next time you visit your record page, you'll see a "claimed" indicator.
Subscribe without an existing record
Use this path if you'd like an Author Record but don't have one in the Library yet.
- Use the Author Record sign-up link on lexblog.com.
- Complete checkout through Stripe ($19 per month or $199 per year, recurring).
- Stripe redirects you to a confirmation page on lexblog.com.
- Watch your inbox — our team will reach out within 1–2 business days to set up your record.
When our team contacts you, we'll ask for:
- Your full name and firm or affiliation.
- Links to your published work (blog posts, articles, white papers, bar association content, etc.).
- A short bio.
- And optional professional headshot.
We'll build your Author Record from what you send us and email you again when it's live.
What happens after you subscribe
- Receipt: Stripe emails you a receipt immediately after payment.
- Confirmation page: The Stripe checkout redirects you to a confirmation page on lexblog.com.
- If you upgraded an existing record: Your record is live with the paid treatment right away — schema markup turns on, your collected-works display expands, and the structured-author treatment appears on your page.
- If you subscribed without an existing record: Our team contacts you within 1–2 business days and builds your record from your information. We email you when it's published.
