Download all email subscriber lists on Enterprise

Administrators of sites on the Enterprise Platform can download all of their MailChimp subscriber lists from the network level. The lists will download as a ZIP file containing the individual lists in a CSV format. This article explains how to download all your email notification subscriber lists at once.

Before you start

• You'll need a user account with an Administator role on your network level.
• Know how to log in to your network level.

Steps

1. Log in to the network level for your Enterprise install.
2. Navigate to Email Notifications > Bulk Export Subscribers.
3. Check the boxes next to the lists you want to download.
4. Click Submit.
5. Extract the downloaded ZIP to view the CSV files.
