Administrators of sites on the Enterprise Platform can download all of their MailChimp subscriber lists from the network level. The lists will download as a ZIP file containing the individual lists in a CSV format. This article explains how to download all your email notification subscriber lists at once.

Before you start
- You'll need a user account with an Administator role on your network level.
- Know how to log in to your network level.
Steps
- Log in to the network level for your Enterprise install.
- Navigate to Email Notifications > Bulk Export Subscribers.
- Check the boxes next to the lists you want to download.
- Click Submit.
- Extract the downloaded ZIP to view the CSV files.
