Individual campaign statistics reference

For blogs on Stoddard, Bradwell or Blackstone plans, the blog’s administrative area contains detailed statistics for each email notification (also known as a campaign) sent to blog subscribers. Open and click rates

Open Rate

The average rate of opens for the given notification represented as a percentage.

 

List Average (Open Rate)

The average rate of opens for any given notification sent to the blog subscribers.

 

Industry Average (Open Rate)

The average rate of opens for all campaigns sent through MailChimp in the legal industry.

 

Click Rate

The number of unique clicks divided by the total number of successful deliveries for the given campaign.

 

List Average (Click Rate)

The number of unique clicks divided by the total number of successful deliveries for any given notification sent to the blog subscribers.

 

Industry Average (Click Rate)

The average rate of clicks for all campaigns sent through MailChimp in the legal industry.

 

Opens

Opened

The number of unique opens for the given notification.

 

Total Opens

The number of times the email was opened by all subscribers.

 

Last Opened

The last time a subscriber opened the notification in any email client.

 

Clicks

Clicked

The number of unique clicks for the given campaign.

 

Clicks per Unique Open

The rate at which a link or links was clicked per unique opens of the email.

 

Total Clicks

The total number of times links were clicked in the notification.

 

Last Clicked

The last time a subscriber clicked on a link in the notification.

 

Other statistics

Bounced

The number of times the notification encountered a delivery problem resulting in a “bounce message” - likely meaning the email was not delivered to the intended recipient.

 

Unsubscribed

The number of people that unsubscribed from the blog through this notification.

 

Deliveries

The number of subscribers that received this notification without issue.

 

Abuse Reports

The number of times recipients reported the notification as spam in their mail program.

 

24-hour performance

A chart detailing the number of opens and clicks over the first 24 hours of the notification being sent.

 

Top links clicked

A table of all links in the email and the number of clicks (total and unique) that they have received by subscribers with a percentage next to each number indicating the relative frequency of clicks on a given link.
