About the Help widget

Users on LexBlog sites can get support through the Help widget. When you log in to your site, the Help widget appears after a few seconds in the bottom right corner. The widget appears for logged-in users in the site's administration area and on the front end:

Click Help to:

  • View suggested Help Center articles.
  • Search the Help Center for support articles.
  • Start a chat with LexBlog support staff during business hours (limited to sites on Full Service plans or Premier Managed Platform).
  • Open a support ticket.
