Users who log in to LexBlog sites can get help through the Support widget. After you log in to your site, the widget appears in the bottom right corner. Only logged-in users will see the widget on the front end and in the site's administration area:
Click Support to:
- View suggested Support Center articles.
- Search for Support Center articles.
- Start a chat with LexBlog support staff during business hours (limited to sites on Full Service plans or our Premier Managed Platform).
- Open a support ticket.
