Users who log in to LexBlog sites can get help through the Support widget. The support widget will suggest help articles based on your current page in the site admin area.
After you log in to your site, the widget appears in the bottom left corner:
Only logged-in users will see the widget on the front end and in the site's administration area.
Click Support to:
- View suggested Support Center articles.
- Search for Support Center articles.
- Start a chat with the LexBlog Success Team during business hours (limited to sites on Blackstone plans or our Enterprise Managed Platform).
- Open a support ticket.
