Submit a support request

You can request help or ask questions about your site by submitting a support request. You can also attach files such as screenshots or PDFs. File attachments are limited to 20 MB in size. After you submit your help request, you can view and respond to any of your tickets in your site's Support Center. This articles explains how to open a support ticket.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Submit a request page. You can also submit a request in the back end of your blog via LexBlog > Support Center
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. If needed, attach a file up to 20 MB.
  4. Click Submit.
