The Text widget lets you add text and images in places like a sidebar or footer. The widget is typically used for short copy such as "About this blog" or "About our Firm." The text editor includes limited functionality for text styling. Administrators can add or edit this widget by clicking Appearance > Customize.

Title
Optional text to appear above the widget.
Add Media
Insert an image from your Media Library or upload a new image.
Visual editor
Similar to the content editor for posts and pages, you can bold or italicize your text, add unordered or ordered lists, or insert hyperlinks.
Code Editor
The code editor will show the raw HTML for the text you've entered. Inline scripts and most code-based embeds are not supported for security reasons. We offer support for approved iFrame embeds on Enterprise networks.
