The Addresses widget displays addresses from the Addresses > All Addresses admin pages. Data from the Addresses menu is output in a structured format that helps with your local SEO. This widget is often placed in the Footer > Trailer Contact Info section. This article explains the fields in the Addresses widget.
Addresses widget fields
Title
Optional text to display above the addresses. This is usually left blank.
Include Address post IDs
Leave this field blank to display all addresses.
If you have several locations saved in the Addresses menu, you can choose to display specific addresses in this widget. Find the address post ID, then enter it in this field. Separate multiple post IDs with a comma.
Exclude Address post IDs
Leave this field blank to display all addresses.
If you have several locations saved in the Addresses menu, you can choose to exclude specific addresses from this widget. Find the address post ID, then enter it in this field. Separate multiple post IDs with a comma.
Number of Address Columns
Specify how your addresses are stacked. For example, if you have three saved addresses:
- Enter a 1 in the columns field to display the addresses stacked within a single column.
- Enter a 3 in the columns field to display the addresses as a single row.
Image size
Select the size of any address images you have set with the Featured Image menu.
Display format
This menu lets you choose which fields from the Addresses menu appear in the in this widget.
- Default: You select which address fields get displayed.
- Primary and Secondary: These formats are for more customized display options. They are generally used when your address is displayed in multiple locations on your site. They must be set up by the LexBlog Success Team.
