Each post, page, and address has a unique ID that can be used to populate specific information in widgets, shortcodes, or pages. The post ID is a string of numbers. This document explains how to find a post ID.
Before you start
- You'll need a user account with an Editor role or higher.
Steps
- Log in to your site.
- In the admin pages, edit the post, page, or address.
- Check the URL in your browser address bar. Look for post= followed by a string of numbers:
