Edit or delete a link category

Links appear in widgets in layout sections such as the sidebar or footer. Categories organize your links together, with specific link categories displaying in a single widget. This document explains how to edit or delete an existing link category.

Before you start

• You'll need a user account with an Editor role or higher.
• Know how to add sidebar links and link categories.

Steps

1. Click Links > Link Categories.
2. Click a category to edit.
3. Update the category name, slug, or description. 
4. Click Update.
